  • Can I create my own gift box or swap out items?
    Of course! We love creating custom gifts! It can be as simple as switching out a pattern or scent or creating a truly one-of-kind gift. Either way, just reach out to us at and let us know what you're thinking!
  • Do you ship nationwide?
    Yes! It's great to be able to send some local, Ohio love to your friends, family and clients wherever they may be!
  • What happens to a delivery when the recipient is not there to receive it?
    If the recipient is unavailable to recieve their delivery, the gift will be left at the delivery location. Smith + Miller Gift Co. cannot be held responsible for theft or damage of the gift.
  • What happens if the recipient has an allergy or some other concern?
    Please notify us at if you have an allergies or concerns! We will do our best to accomodate. Although we have personally tested the products that feature in the Smith + Miller Gift Co. line, we cannot be held responsible for any issues the consumer may experience. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions and/or food borne illness.
  • Can I buy two boxes and ship to multiple locations?

Details and personalization make any gift unique and truly one of a kind. In order to provide you with the perfect gift and give our makers plenty of time to create, we ask that you reach out at least 4-6 weeks before you'd like to have your gifts in hand.
